Teams may elect to choose the "Pay by Credit Card" option while completing their application as well,

but please note that there is then a 3.5% bank induced charge attached to the fee.

All teams opting to "Pay by Check" must have their entry fees received on or before

Monday, 11/9 (Boys) and Monday, 11/16 (Girls)

in order to be considered for acceptance / scheduling into the event.
