Head Coach of the U16 Girls Academy team.
He brings over fourteen years of coaching experience and holds a U.S. Soccer National C License. Rich previously served as Head Girls Coach at Exeter Jr High, and has coached several league teams successfully guiding them to both league and tournament championships. He is a former member of the Exeter Youth Soccer Board serving as Vice President and Director of Fundraising. Rich was a Varsity Soccer player at Exeter High School.
Rich’s mission is to support others in realizing their fullest potential, inspiring them to grow, develop, and accomplish more than they ever believed possible. As a coach, Rich’s goal is to serve as a catalyst for players to unlock their potential so they are able to grow, develop, and find success both on and off the field.
He studied Psychology at Alvernia University and earned his Master’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from West Chester University. In his role as Manager of Talent Management and Organizational Development, Rich is a trusted advisor and facilitator, leading leadership development and team effectiveness programs throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions. His expertise in building high-performing teams and nurturing individual growth shapes his coaching philosophy and approach.
