The PA Classics U12 Girls ’97 team recently grabbed the PAGS Championship trophy (Premiership Barca Division) with a 5-0 win over Hockessin in the Finals just one day after downing Parkwood 1-0 in the semi’s.  Having completed the season without a loss (7-0-3) and posting 26 goals while only surrendering 6, Classics exhibited great teamwork and strenght throughout the year.  Their depth was tested over the last 3 games as the team was without several players through injury and family vacations, but they worked well together and were able to pull off a couple of good wins, and take home a nice championship trophy too.  Congratulations to the U12 girls for a fine season.
